Wins and losses mean everything in the NFL, and it's almost time to see how each team will stack up compared to its projected total.

Who might be this year's Cincinnati Bengals, blowing past a low projection en route to a playoff run? Which teams are rightful frontrunners — and which ones are frauds?

Our team of writers — Jordan Horrobin, Steven Psihogios, Avery Perri and Nick Ashbourne — made their NFL win total over/under predictions for all 32 teams.

We'll start by looking at the AFC, highlighted by the Buffalo Bills, who are +600 betting favourites to win the Super Bowl.

Psihogios is fading the Bills' conference-high win total after Buffalo finished with exactly 11 wins a season ago.

The Bills boast MVP favourite Josh Allen, and they finished top-three in scoring offence and defence last year for the first time in franchise history — but they'll face a tougher schedule in 2022.

Everyone has their eyes on the AFC West, where all four teams have over/under win totals of 8.5 or above. If the Chargers can fulfill their playoff-calibre expectations, Ashbourne's plus-money play on their win total should pay off.

Among the nine AFC unders, the least surprising one might be the Browns (under 8.5 wins at -150). An 11-game stretch led by Jacoby Brissett — 14-23 as a starter — might not be pretty. And who knows how ready Deshaun Watson will be when he takes his first meaningful snaps in 23 months?

After three consecutive 13-win seasons, the Packers are seeing near-even money to clear 11 victories this time around. Is that the Davante Adams effect? Maybe, but Horrobin isn't blinking.

Our team backed nine overs in the NFC, though none for teams with win total projections below 7.5. Among the five lowliest teams being faded, the North (Lions, Bears) and South (Panthers, Falcons) divisions claim two apiece.

If things shake out that way in the South, it could clear the runway for the Buccaneers to post a sky-high win total, as Perri projects.

Tampa Bay earned a 13-4 record last season, and Tom Brady-led squads have cleared this mark in three of the past five campaigns.
