Earlier this year, we shared our exciting plans for ‘Insights 2.0,’ an initiative throughout 2024 that will enhance Sports Insights with a new design, features, stats, and a smoother overall user experience.
Today, we’re thrilled to introduce a new feature many of you have told us will save you time and add tremendous value to your experience with us: Fast and reliable injury news.
Through a partnership with industry leader Rotowire, Sports Insights readers can now easily access the latest injury news across MLB via a searchable feed on our homepage and within every MLB article (like at the top of this article beneath the photo).
The data – produced and curated by Rotowire’s team of staff writers – includes the player’s estimated return date, injury, current status, and time of last update.

The MLB feed is just the beginning as we will also feature injury feeds for NFL, NHL, NBA, and EPL later this year.
