I've got two bets from Sunday's Euro 2024 slate.
The pregame narrative: England begins its tournament as a heavy favourite against Serbia and I expect the Three Lions to dominate from the opening whistle. Before that, the Netherlands is a good bet to shut out a Robert Lewandowski-less Polish side.

Euro 2024 best bet
Best Bet: England half time/full time (+123)
England typically enters tournaments with lofty expectations but this year feels different.
Gareth Southgate's side is the betting favourite and is overflowing with experience and world-class talents. The Three Lions are +340 to win Euro 2024 and are -200 to beat Serbia on Sunday.
I want in on the action but -200 is far too steep a price. So backing England to lead at half and win at plus money sounds good to me.
The English have admittedly looked shaky heading into the tournament, with just one win in four games in 2024 (1-1-2). But they haven't trotted out their full lineup in the past few friendlies so I don't want to put too much stock into that.
A team with Harry Kane, Phil Foden and Bukayo Saka up front will be hard to stop. Point blank.
The team does have its defensive issues but Declan Rice and Jude Bellingham should be able to control play out of the midfield and dominate possession against Serbia.
I don't expect Jordan Pickford to be tested.
How that will work against more skilled teams like France and Spain remains to be seen but this is a mismatch across the board.
Serbia does have some strong offensive talents in Aleksandar Mitrovic and Dusan Vlahovic which shouldn't be overlooked but I can't see them getting the ball with time and space in England's third.
Key stat: England led at the half in five of its eight Euro 2024 qualifying games.
Quick pick
Poland under 0.5 goals (+100): Poland is in tough on Sunday without its all-time leading goalscorer in the lineup.
Lewandowski was injured in a friendly against Turkey and is hopeful of returning for Poland's Matchday 2 game against Austria. Karol Swiderski, the team's other striker, also picked up an injury in that match.
But even if those two were playing I could the Netherlands picking up a clean sheet.
The Orange have been battering teams leading into Euro 2024. They beat Canada, Iceland and Scotland 4-0 in friendlies and held Gibraltar, Ireland and Greece scoreless in their last three Euro 2024 qualifying games before that.
Germany managed to score two against the Dutch but that team is a different beast entirely.
Poland shouldn't have many chances with Virgil van Dijk and Stefan de Vrij anchoring the back end.
