I've got one bet for each of Tuesday's Euro 2024 games.
The pregame narrative: Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal begin their tournament against the Czech Republic and I expect them to pick up an early lead and win. Before that, Turkey is a good bet to beat Georgia.

Best Bet: Portugal half time/full time (+115)
There isn't much value in backing Portugal to win at -215.
But taking heavily favoured teams to lead at half and win has been a profitable strategy so far. Germany, Italy and England all held odds around even money to lead at half and win and each of those wagers cashed.
I expect Portugal to follow suit by taking an early lead and not letting go.
The Portuguese are arguably in the best form of any team heading into Euro 2024. The team blitzed its qualifying group with a 10-0-0 record and a +34 goal differential. It scored 36 goals and conceded just two in those games.
Portugal is 3-0-2 in 2024 with losses to Croatia and Slovenia in friendlies. But the team didn't field its full roster in those games.
The team is stacked with talents like Bruno Fernandes, Bernardo Silva, Joao Felix and Rafael Leao.
That's not even mentioning Ronaldo, who scored 35 goals in 31 league games for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League and had 10 goals for Portugal in Euro 2024 qualifying.
Czechia is a solid team but has conceded in four straight games to the likes of North Macedonia, Malta, Armenia and Norway.
Portugal is -205 to score two-plus goals and I expect it to get on the board early.
Key stat: Portugal's +34 goal differential in qualifying was eight better than the next closest team (France, 28).

Turkey to win (-136): Turkey has gotten a lot of buzz as a dark horse ahead of Euro 2024.
The team won its qualifying group featuring Croatia and Wales with a 5-2-1 record. It scored the most goals (14) in that group and had a +7 goal differential. After that, it beat FIFA's No. 15 ranked team, Germany, 3-2 in a friendly.
The squad has had a rough go ahead of tournament play, though, and is winless in its last five games.
But one of those games was a 0-0 draw against Italy, who are favoured to come out of a stacked Group B featuring Albania, Croatia and Spain.
The Turks have a far better team than No. 75-ranked Georgia on paper.
Georgia finished fourth in its qualifying group with a 2-2-4 record and squeaked into the tournament with playoff wins over Luxembourg and Greece.
Defence is Turkey's greatest strength. It only conceded seven goals in eight Euro 2024 qualifying matches. It wouldn't be a surprise to see the Turks to shut out Georgia on Tuesday.
