There are intriguing CFL matchups across the board in Week 10, with plenty of fun options to build a parlay with.

The pregame narrative: I'm backing the Edmonton Elks to get their second win of the season against the BC Lions. Elsewhere, I'm fading the offence out east in both Montreal and Toronto.

Check out our CFL Week 10 parlay picks below.

Parlay: Elks moneyline + Alouettes/Tiger-Cats under 50.5 points + Argonauts/Stampeders under 49.5 points (+535)

Elks moneyline (-136): I never thought I would be backing the Elks this season but here I am.

It took a perfect storm for me to make this pick, but the Elks are on the rise, and the Lions are on the downswing.

Edmonton claimed its first win of 2024 last week over the Saskatchewan Roughriders 42-31. The catalyst, you may ask? Tre Ford.

The Canadian pivot made his first start of the season completing 18-of-22 passes for 252 yards and two touchdowns while scampering for an additional 46 yards on the ground.

He played great alongside running back Javon Leake, creating a dynamic backfield that left the Riders defence guessing.

The same sort of success lately cannot be said for the Lions.

The league's most explosive offence failed to register a single point in their 25-0 loss to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers last week, while starting QB Vernon Adams Jr. also suffered an injury.

The 6-foot-7 Jake Dolegala is in line to make his first start of 2024 (lost his last seven starts) as BC will try to get back on track after losing back-to-back games.

Other parlay picks

Alouettes/Tiger-Cats under 50.5 points (-110): In a rematch from last week I'm backing the under out east.

For the second straight week, the Montreal Alouettes and Hamilton Tiger-Cats will square off.

Montreal won 33-16 last week, just sneaking under the total.

I like taking the under whenever the league's best defence is in action. Regarded as the best unit in the CFL, Montreal sits at the top of most per-game defensive categories, including points (21.0), passing yards (230.1) and total yards (320.5).

Also, Montreal has only allowed more than 23 points twice since Week 14 of 2023, and only once this season.

Combine the Als' buzzsaw of a defence with them also having backup QB Davis Alexander starting and I like taking the under.

Argonauts/Stampeders under 49.5 points (-110): This pick missed by one point last week, but I still like it with two poor offences in a rematch.

Calgary pulled off a stunning fourth-quarter comeback against the Toronto Argonauts, scoring 21 unanswered points in the final frame to win 27-23.

The Boatmen only managed to squeak out one point in the second half. The under would have cashed had it not been for that rouge.

It's that dry spell of offence, however, which makes me want to go back to the well, as neither team is known for its offensive prowess.

The Stampeders simply haven't been a good offensive team this season. They sit eighth in both points per game (24.0) and total yards per game (342).

While the Argos sit dead-last in yards per game (312.3) and passing yards per game (220).
