Bruins vs. Maple Leafs props Game 3: Bet on Marner, Pastrnak to find the stat sheet

The Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins head north of the border with the series level at one game apiece.

The pregame narrative: Mitch Marner has had a tough start to the series but I'm expecting him to bounce back and find the stat sheet in Game 3. Parlaying that with David Pastrnak to score a point yields -110 odds. Tyler Bertuzzi is another candidate to get on the board.

Check out these Bruins vs. Maple Leafs props for Game 3 on April 24.

Bruins vs. Maple Leafs props

Best Bet: Marner & Pastrnak to record 1+ points each (-110)

Marner hasn't scored a point this series and his effort in Game 2 left a lot to be desired.

His line with Matthew Knies and John Tavares generated just 43.48% of chances, per Natural Stat Trick, but I'd be surprised if that lasted much longer.

The Leafs need their $10.98-million man to show up and he should answer the bell at home.

Marner had eight points in six home playoff games last year, finding the stat sheet in four of them. During his eight-year tenure with Toronto, the winger has 27 points in 26 home playoff games, cashing this wager in 16 of those contests (61.5%), per StatMuse.

He still skates on the top power play unit and was getting mixed into shifts with Auston Matthews. That's prime real estate in the point-getting market.

As for Pastrnak, the man is a Leaf killer and no one should expect him to slow down tonight.

The Czech winger has a point in both playoff games so far and in 10 of 16 career playoff games versus the Maple Leafs (22 total points).

Pastrnak's line with Pavel Zacha and Danton Heinen generated the Bruins' best Corsi rate in Game 2 (52.0%). That's not even to mention how deadly he is on the man advantage.

Key stat: Pastrnak had a point in 59 of 82 games this season (71.9%) while Marner had a point in 50 of 69 games (72.4%).

Quick pick

Bertuzzi to score 1+ point (-114): Bertuzzi has been reaping the rewards of Marner moving down the lineup.

The 29-year-old is running roughshod alongside Auston Matthews and Max Domi on the first line. That group caught fire toward the end of the season and had a stellar 58.6 CF% in Game 2.

Bertuzzi has generated 10 chances at 5-on-5 and four high-danger chances at 5-on-5 in this series, which rank second and first among all Maple Leafs, respectively.

He's also drawn onto the team's top power play unit.

The former Bruin should continue to hammer his old team.
