The Champions League final is set.

The latest: Real Madrid is favoured to win a record 15th title after knocking out Bayern Munich in shocking fashion. The Bundesliga will be well represented, though, as Borussia Dortmund look to win its first UCL since 1997.

Madrid's 14 European titles are double the next-closest team (AC Milan, seven) and another trophy is within reach.
