The final night of the NHL regular season isn't completely meaningless.

The pregame narrative: Every playoff spot has a taker, but not every playoff matchup is locked in. The Vegas Golden Knights could fall from third in the Pacific Division to the final wild-card spot with a loss and a Los Angeles Kings win.
