The Edmonton Oilers host the Florida Panthers with a chance to force a Game 7.
The pregame narrative: The Oilers' offence has found a stride and hasn't looked back. Scoring 13 goals over the last two games, I think Edmonton's star players are poised for another big outing. That's why I'm picking Connor McDavid to record two-plus points while backing Evan Bouchard on the powerplay.

Oilers vs. Panthers props
Best bet: McDavid to score 2+ points (-129)
I've been flipping back and forth on McDavid props over the games but there's good reason as the logical thing to do is find value in the guy who's on a historic run.
The Oilers' captain now has 42 points in 23 playoff games and is suddenly chasing Wayne Gretzky's all-time single postseason points record (47).
If he keeps up the pace he's been on and Edmonton is victorious Friday, the NHL could have a new record holder come the end of Game 7.
McDavid's scored four points in two straight games and is far and away the best player on the ice whenever he's out there.
A part of that success has been the long-awaited emergence of the powerplay. The favourite to win the Conn Smythe has three PP points in a two-game stretch where the Oilers' are 3-for-11 (27%) with the man advantage.
That's much improved from the 0-for-10 stretch from the first three games.
That also shows the change in the Panthers' discipline. They've taken five-plus penalties in back-to-back games after falling short of that mark in each of the first three outings. That just provides more opportunities for McDavid to create offence.
Key stat: He has scored multiple points in three straight games.
Quick pick
Bouchard 1+ powerplay points (+125): Bouchard had a productive Game 5, providing three assists — two of which came on the powerplay.
He hasn't had much success with this line recently but as eluded to earlier, the Oilers' powerplay has had a complete turnaround.
During the regular season, Bouchard saw 35 of his 82 points come with the man advantage.
With the Panthers fading the becoming less disciplined, I expect the influx of powerplays to continue throughout the remainder of the series. It's just about whether Edmonton can capitalize.
The Oilers' defenceman has a rocket of a shot which had fans label it the "bouch bomb."
Despite the powerplay being ice-cold to begin the Final, 14 of Bouchard's 32 playoff points have come up a man.
He is -190 to score a point so I'll take the value in backing him on the powerplay.
