Alex "Poatan" Pereira defends his light heavyweight title at UFC 303.
The latest: In November, Pereira and Prochazka stepped up to save the main event of UFC 295 after Jon Jones was removed with an injury. History repeats itself next weekend as both competitors step up once again to fight after Connor McGregor was forced to withdraw from his highly anticipated bout with Michael Chandler.

UFC 303 odds: Pereira vs. Prochazka
Pereira (-175) vs. Prochazka (+138)
Two heavy-hitting combatants rematch for gold at UFC 303.
In their first meeting in November, Pereira (10-2-0) finished Prochazka (34-4-1) in the second round with a check right hook that sent the Czech Republic native crashing to the canvas.
Since then, each fighter has a win under their belt. Pereira knocked out Jamahal Hill in the first round in the main event of UFC 300 to defend his championship.
Prochazka also got a finish over Austrian contender, Aleksander Rakic but it came with more adversity.
The No. 1 contender was getting touched up in the first round but used his samurai mindset and kept moving forward until he eventually found the ground and pound finish.
Prochazka will need to be sounder defensively this time around against "Potatan" (Stone hands) if he wants a different result in their second matchup.
Ortega vs. Lopes odds
Ortega (+118) vs. Lopes (-148)
There aren't many more exciting prospects than Diego Lopes in the UFC.
He carries a 26-4-0 record and has one loss in the UFC against contender, Mosvar Evloev, on short notice. Despite losing, the Brazillian challenged Evloev more than his other opponents and raised his stock amongst fans.
Since then, he has had three straight first-round finishes with the most recent being against the very skilled and durable, Sodiq Yusuff, in under two minutes.
Brian Ortega (16-3-0) is a perennial contender in the division and provides a step up in competition for Lopes.
The winner of this bout could be next in line for a title shot at 145 pounds.
Bueno Silva vs. Chiasson odds
Bueno Silva (-220) vs. Chiasson (+175)
Mayra Bueno Silva (10-3-1) lost a bantamweight title match at UFC 296 in January to the current champion, Raquel Pennington.
Now, she has a chance to reclimb the ladder with a scheduled bout against Macy Chiasson (9-3-0). Both these women have losses to the champ in their respective careers.
Chiasson has had an up-and-down UFC career, posting a 6-3 record while going 2-2 over her last four. In a division that lacks challengers, it's wide-open for the winner to get another shot at Pennington.
Garry vs. Page odds
Ian "The Future" Garry (14-0-0) has earned the right to that nickname, stacking up seven straight wins to start his UFC career.
He continues to climb the rankings but fights down (#3 vs. #11) as he tries to knock off the momentum gained by Michael "Venom" Page (22-2-0) in his UFC debut win over Kevin Holland.
Although ranked No. 11, MVP's ceiling is much higher as he fought in Bellator for his entire career. He beat Holland took his ranking in his UFC debut and was dominant in doing so.
Page landed 41-of-62 significant strikes while holding Holland to 29-of-61 sig. strikes. He was evasive as usual with his awkward style.
Both these athletes are highly skilled kickboxers which has fans excited for this potential fight of the night candidate.
Ulberg vs. Smith odds
Ulberg (-500) vs. Smith (+370)
Anthony "Lionheart" Smith (38-19-0) will fight anyone, anytime. That's never been more apparent than when he accepted to fight Carlos Ulberg (10-1-0) as a replacement for Jamahal Hill.
Even though Ulberg is unranked, he poses a high threat level to any fighter in this division. That was on display than in his last bout, where he finished Alonzo Menifield in 12 seconds.
The Australian has finished five of his six UFC wins and looks to earn a spot in the rankings with another victory.
Smith is no pushover as eluded to in his nickname "Lionheart" but he has his work cut out for him. He's lost two of his last three losses by knockout but is well capable of winning as an underdog which was the case when he submitted Vitor Petrino at a 4-to-1 price tag at UFC 301.
