The New York Knicks and Indiana Pacers can both advance to the second round tonight, and I'm banking on them to do so.
The pregame narrative: The Knicks have simply been better than the Philadelphia 76ers for the majority of the series, while the Indiana Pacers have lucked into facing a shorthanded Milwaukee Bucks squad. This +258 parlay also features an alt under in a matchup between the Orlando Magic and Cleveland Cavaliers.

NBA parlay picks
Parlay: Knicks ML + Magic/Cavaliers under 206.5 points + Pacers ML (+258)
Knicks moneyline (-195): Aside from one quarter that went Philadelphia's way, this series has been all New York.
The Knicks were outscored, 43-27, in the third quarter of a Game 3 loss. But they won each of the other quarters in that game — as well as each of the other games in this series.
Without Joel Embiid's 50-point outburst (equipped with 5-of-7 shooting from deep), Philly would already be soaking up the Cancun sun. Expect the Knicks, who've won eight of their past nine home games, to put the Sixers out of their misery tonight.
Joel Embiid missed shootaround this morning with a migraine. His status for tonight’s game remains questionable.

Philly is 7-17 as a road underdog this season, while New York is 26-6 as a home favourite.
Other parlay picks
Magic/Cavaliers under 206.5 points (-190): This series has transported NBA fans back to the turn of the century, when points were really, really difficult to come by.
The high-water mark of this matchup so far is 204 points, as both teams have won a pair of rock fights on home court. In all four games, the losing team's point total was in the 80s.
Cleveland has actually hit the over more often than not at home this season (23-18-1), but you wouldn't be able to tell by the way Games 1-2 played out at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse.
Those matchups finished with 180 and 182 points, respectively, making this alt under look awfully safe.
Pacers moneyline (-186): Remember Damian Lillard's 35-point first half in Game 1 against the Pacers? Doesn't that seem like it was ages ago?
The Pacers have outgunned the Bucks in three games since, topping the 120-point mark all three times to take a 3-1 series lead.
Lillard (Achilles) and Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) are both doubtful to play tonight. Assuming they sit, it's difficult to envision Milwaukee having enough firepower to keep up with Indiana.
Giannis hasn't played all series and his absence has been crushing for the Bucks on both ends of the floor. A long offseason of rest will serve him well, and it should start tonight.
