Tonight's MLB parlay includes one pitcher prop and two moneyline bets.
The pregame narrative: Chris Sale is dominating and is in a good spot to clear an alternate K line against an old nemesis. Elsewhere, the Philadelphia Phillies and Los Angeles Dodgers are my picks to beat the Arizona Diamondbacks and Los Angeles Angels.
Check out my MLB parlay picks for June 21.

Parlay: Sale over 6.5 strikeouts + Phillies moneyline + Dodgers moneyline (+336)
Sale over 6.5 strikeouts (-143): It's been a while but Sale is back to being a Cy Young calibre arm.
The lefty was injury-plagued from 2020-2023. He only pitched 151.0 innings in that span with a 3.93 ERA and 3.72 FIP. But he's been nothing short of spectacular since joining the Atlanta Braves this season.
Sale has a 2.98 ERA through 13 starts and leads the NL in FIP (2.33) and K/BB rate (7.62). His 30.7 K rate and 31.8 whiff rate rank in the 91st and 90th percentile, respectively, per Baseball Savant.
This is a line he's cleared in seven of his last eight starts.
The New York Yankees do have the seventh-lowest K rate versus left-handed pitchers (20.0%) but Sale has a 47.4% K rate in 78 plate appearances against this lineup.
Other parlay picks
Phillies moneyline (-141): The Phillies are one of the NL's most dangerous lineups and Jordan Montgomery has been getting knocked around by just about everyone. This seems like a good spot to fade him.
Montgomery carries a 6.00 ERA into tonight's contest having given up 17 runs in his last four starts — and that includes a shutout against the Chicago White Sox.
The lefty's .293 xBA ranks in the fifth percentile while Philadelphia has the fifth-best wRC+ against LHP this season (118).
The last time Montgomery faced the Phillies he allowed five earned runs in 4.0 IP.
Dodgers moneyline (-200): The Dodgers lost NL MVP frontrunner Mookie Betts to injury last week. The good news? They're still leading the division and have two other players — Shohei Ohtani and Freddie Freeman — who can legitimately win the award.
L.A. has thoroughly dominated its younger brother in recent meetings with a 17-3 record since the 2020 season.
Mike Trout and Ohtani were playing for the Halos in many of those games. Now the former is on the IL and the latter is playing for the Dodgers.
Patrick Sandoval (5.25 ERA) is on the mound for the Angels and I expect him to get shelled.
