That silly foul has resulted in a two-match ban for the 24-year-old.
Now, with Panama playing a weaker Bolivian side to close out group play, USA will most likely need a win to move on to the knockout stages.
Uruguay, on the other hand, has played dominantly and collected two wins with a +7 goal differential.
La Celeste claimed their spot on top of the group and are trying to play the role of spoiler on Monday night.
It wouldn't be surprising to see manager Marcelo Bielsa rest the starters but there's still loads of quality found on the bench.
USA has seen nine of its last 13 games go over this mark plus I suspect there will be high demand for goals. What else is there to expect in a must-win game?
