Two moneyline picks plus one total make up today's MLB parlay.

The pregame narrative: The Atlanta Braves and Seattle Mariners both hold pitching advantages in their respective matchups. I'm backing both sides to win in my MLB parlay while adding the over in the Minnesota Twins vs. San Francisco Giants game to round out the +388 ticket.

Check out the best MLB parlay picks for Sunday, July 14.

Parlay: Braves moneyline + Mariners moneyline + Twins/Giants over 7.5 runs (+388)

Braves moneyline (-177): Atlanta has dominated this season when Chris Sale is pitching.

The NL Cy Young contender is turning back the clock this year by posting a 12-3 record, 2.74 ERA and 0.94 WHIP — his best stats since 2018.

The lefty has given up two or fewer runs in all his starts except one dating back to April 26 (13-game stretch).

Atlanta isn't the offensive powerhouse we've seen in past seasons but it still sits middle of the pack in runs scored per game (4.3) and has more than enough talent to provide support for Sale.

Padres starter Randy Vasquez hasn't had much success by comparison. The Dominican native is 2-4 with a poor 4.66 ERA and 1.60 WHIP.

And that's with some good fortune on his side.

Vasquez's 6.32 xERA and .326 xBA are both among the very worst in the league, according to Baseball Savant.

Other parlay picks

Mariners moneyline (-165): Like the Braves, the Mariners also have a pitching matchup that should work in their favour.

Logan Gilbert is having a fantastic season, posting a 2.94 ERA and 0.90 WHIP in 19 starts. He's been a crucial part of the Mariners' elite pitching staff.

The Angels have struggled offensively since losing Mike Trout for the year. They score the seventh-fewest runs per game (4.0) and have lost 9-of-13 games coming into today.

Seattle's offence leaves a lot to be desired too, but I think they have a matchup to take advantage of tonight.

Carson Fulmer is 0-2 for the Angels and carries a 4.56 xERA. He has command issues and walks 12% of all batters he faces.

Fulmer typically comes out of the bullpen, but Los Angeles needs an arm and turns to the nine-year veteran to make his first start of the season.

Twins/Giants over 7.5 runs (-108): Both starting pitchers have struggled mightily this season, so I'm taking the over here to close out the parlay.

Blake Snell is having a tough time pitching up to his career standard as he's been dealing with some injuries in recent months.

He looked strong against Toronto in his first start back off the injured list but the Twins' offence is a different animal.

Minnesota is particularly potent when a lefty is on the mound. The lineup hits .282 against LHPs with an .804 OPS.

Chris Paddack takes the mound for the Twins and he hasn't been much better than Snell. His 5.18 ERA and 1.40 WHIP are nothing to brag about.

In addition, six of the Paddack's last seven starts surpassed this total.
