The Netherlands and Turkey wrap up the Euro 2024 quarterfinals on Saturday.
The pregame narrative: These teams arrived at this point in very different fashions. The Dutch thoroughly dominated Romania in their Round of 16 game while Turkey held on for dear life against a pressing Austria side. I expect Ronald Koeman's side to score early and not let up.

Netherlands vs. Turkey prediction
Best Bet: Netherlands half time/full time (+140)
Now that was the Dutch side we've been waiting to see all tournament.
The Netherlands secured a 3-0 win over Romania to begin the knockout stages and it was no fluke. Cody Gakpo opened the scoring 20 minutes in and the Dutch continued to press until the dying whistle, holding 64.8% possession while outshooting the Romanians 23-to-5.
Only one of Romania's shots found the target as the team generated a measly 0.28 expected goals to the Netherlands' 2.93, per TheAnalyst.
But it's not like the Orange were that bad beforehand. They went 1-1-1 in the group stage and should've had a better result against France had a Xavi Simons goal not been controversially called back by VAR in a 0-0 draw.
That was only considered disappointing because of how much talent is at Koeman's disposal. And now that the offence is clicking, I expect the Dutch to roll a weaker side.
Turkey has been a great story this tournament but it hasn't played the toughest competition.
It beat Georgia and 10-man Czechia in the group stage and was walloped, 3-0, by Portugal in the other match.
I'll give credit to the Turks for hanging in tough and grinding out a win against Austria but they were out-possessed 60.2-to-39.8 in that game and out-shot 21-to-6.
Austria had 3.14 xG to Turkey's 0.92.
It also doesn't help that Merih Demiral — who scored the brace for Turkey — has been assessed a two-match suspension for making a controversial gesture after his second goal.
The Dutch have found their form on offence and should be able to strike against what has statistically been one of the worst defensive teams in the tournament.
Key stat: Turkey has allowed the second-most xG against (7.9) and xG against per 90 (1.99).
